Shadow puppet theater was an early form of entertainment which used shadows to create characters and locations to tell storys. The shadow puppets does not neccessarly mean that teh characters are a complete silhoette form, many Thai Puppets use different levels of transpaency to create details. Also different level of the grey scale to show depth within the scene.
